Some keys to create a sustainable development plan and set the right expectations :

  • Honesty. Is your life right now full of activities that require you to be in place and focused? (children, house building etc.). Explain it. You may be able to come up with solutions that make the company get the best out of you while you can get together the life.
  • Flexibility. As an employer, you must look at individual solutions for each employee, if you want them to feel good and be both motivated and loyal to you as an employer.
